Anna Kornilakis
I am an independent major gifts consultant with more than twenty years of experience across large, complex and smaller, growing nonprofits. Most recently, I concluded twelve years of my career at NYU Langone Health during its successful $3B campaign, working with benefactors and senior leadership to grow and sustain positive, long-term, trusting relationships with donors committed to healthcare, research, and community. Earlier in my career I was the first Director of Development at the Vera Institute of Justice.
Philosophy/Approach: I am passionate about helping organizations deepen partnerships with their current donors, and identify and build relationships with new benefactors. I work with only a limited number of clients, allowing me to dedicate more focus and attention, akin to a member of your in-house development team.
