Grants for Public Health and Access
Interact for Health has a competitive grant program that addresses the promotion of health through requests for proposals and applications. Current funding priorities include:
Mental Health & Well-being supports the mental health of young people, especially for at-risk-populations, including people who identify as LGBTQ+, those experiencing poverty, and people living in rural communities.
Community Power Building works to give communities most affected by problems related to health inequity a role in determining the solutions to those problems.
Policy & Systems Change focuses on supporting policy work that promotes health and well-being and that helps to prevent disease.
Rural Investment Strategy supports “local solutions to local problems” impacting health in rural communities.
Past local grantees include HealthSource of Ohio, Health Policy Institute of Ohio, Produce Perks Midwest and Outdoor Adventure Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. For more information about past funding see the organizations recent financial reports.
